Nouvelles Scientifiques
Nouvelles Scientifiques was a weekly supplement to the 19th century French science journal La Nature. It focused on new discoveries and inventions, and also included a thorough weather report.
La Nature, Nouvelles Scientifiques, and lots of other old French periodicals are available in facsimile form at the Conservatoire numérique des Arts & Métiers. I learned about the site from Hanuman.
